Equipment features This machine is designed for the paint removal of open barrels. The equipment consists of steel shot projection device (shot blasting device), cleaning room, workpiece rotation device, steel shot recovery device, etc. The open barrel is placed on the fixed arm of the conveying device and conveyed one by one through the stepping arm of the conveying device. The projection area is equipped with a self-rotating roller, and the opening cylinder is thrown while rotating on the self-rotating roller to drop the paint. The thrown steel shot is sent to the hoist by the screw conveyor, and then sent to the separator by the hoist. Dust and broken steel shot will be separated and removed here, and the usable steel shot will be sent to the shot blasting machine through the introduction pipe. The generated dust is removed by suction by the dust removing device. Rollers for rotation and stepping arms for transportation. In order to prevent wear, wear plates are fixed with bolts, and the cleaning room is protected by steel guard plates. Specifications 1.
